Idre's guesthouse Company was established in 1996, was one of the first guesthouses in Mongolia and started working in the field of tourism since 1996. Nowadays Idre's guesthouse is a fully experienced tour operatour and agent, accredited by the Mongolian Tourism Board and with professional and experienced staff. Iderzorig Sumiya, the company's director, has been working since 1995 and studied psychology for 10 years in Russia. He speaks in Mongolian, English, Russian and Japanese. Tsetsegdelger Sumiya the company's manager, has been working since 1986 as a photography teacher, subject she studied in college in Russia. She speaks in Mongolian, Russian and English. The company has 6-8 tour guides who are their sisters, nephews and nieces. All of team can speak in Japanese and English and form a family team.
